PRIVACY POLICY

Thank you for visiting this website, which is owned and operated by Ampliform LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively “Ampliform”). This Privacy Policy contains our online privacy and security practices and describes the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. Ampliform values your privacy. We will not resell any of your information. We may use cookies to determine your usage of Ampliform’s website (“Site”). We will use the information you give us to help us provide better products and services. We may disclose, process, transmit or re-use the information to our subsidiaries, joint ventures, affiliates, authorized distributors and other business partners to provide better customer support. We may contact you from time to time regarding special offers, promotion, new product information and services.

By using this site, you signify your consent to use the Ampliform Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use or visit our Site. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Ampliform will not disclose, sell or otherwise distribute to any third party any of your personally identifiable data without your prior permission except under the following circumstances:

  • Legal requests and investigations – Ampliform may disclose any data about you when, in our opinion, such disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud or to comply with any statute, law, rule or regulation of any governmental or regulatory authority, any lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements, or any order of any court of competent jurisdiction.

  • Third-party service providers – Ampliform may, from time to time, outsource some or all of the operations of our business to third-party service providers. In such cases, it will be necessary for us to disclose your data to those service providers. In some cases, the service providers may collect data directly from you on our behalf. Ampliform restricts how such service providers may access, use and disclose your data.

  • Agents – Ampliform employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on its behalf. Examples include processing compensation, providing employee benefits, and performing legal and other professional services. These agents have access to your data needed to perform their functions, but they may not use it for other purposes.

  • Business Transfers: As Ampliform continues to develop its business, Ampliform might sell or buy companies, subsidiaries, or business units. In such transactions, data generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing privacy statement (unless, of course, the person consents otherwise). Also, in the unlikely event that Ampliform or all of its assets are acquired, your data may be one of the transferred assets.

  • Protection of Ampliform and Others: Ampliform releases data when it believes release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our policies and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Ampliform, our employees, or others. Please be advised that this does not include selling, renting, sharing or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable data from employees for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Ampliform will assume liability in instances of the described transfers to third parties.

CROSS-BORDER TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Like most global organizations, Ampliform transfers (shares) some of the personal data that it collects and processes with relevant affiliates (personnel) in other countries. In addition, as may be warranted for legitimate business activities, it may also share some of that information with approved business partners who provide services to Ampliform and are located in other countries. The data privacy laws that apply to personal data differ from country to country, and do not always offer a consistent level of protection to data that is transferred out of the county of origin. Nevertheless, Ampliform takes steps to ensure that the personal data which is transferred to other countries is adequately protected at all times by the recipient, regardless of the country and the data protection requirements required by law in that location. The protections include, for example, ensuring proper written agreements and surrounding awareness materials for transfers within the Ampliform group as well as to external business partners.
