EXPERIENCED
Ampliform is a joint venture between Prospect14, a solar development platform with a data-driven approach to scaled project origination and development, and a seasoned team of infrastructure investors and operators with a track record of optimizing merchant coal, gas, and renewable power generation facilities.
Ampliform is comprised of a full team of professionals with expertise in all aspects of project development, construction, finance, and operations for solar and energy storage projects as well as the distribution and transmission lines needed to connect them to the electric grid. We take projects through all phases from concept to reality, from project origination and site selection with our proprietary geographic information system (GIS), to land and real estate matters, to site surveys and environmental studies, to project development, permitting, utility interconnection and transmission, project design and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), through to power marketing, project finance, and finally, plant operations, maintenance, and optimization.

SCALED
Approximately 800 MW in near-term PJM projects in development for 2024-2026 construction, with an additional development pipeline of over 5 GW and a plan to grow that development pipeline to over 15 GW. Ampliform is well positioned to generate, store and distribute renewable energy at scale, driving the clean energy transition in the US.
